Return conditions

Robertson Audio Cables (RAC) offer a 14 day return policy from receipt of order if you are not totally satisfied with the product you have purchased. Item must be returned at the expense of the buyer in original condition and packaging. On receipt of a returned item, cable will be inspected to ensure they are in original condition and a refund will be processed to the original payment source.

Please Note: Refunds will be rejected if cables returned are found to be damaged or have been tampered with.

If multiple cables of the same type are ordered, a refund will only apply to the first cable.
